This Vacheron and Constantine pocket watch was made back in the 1920s and is 18 karat yellow gold. It is a size 12 pocket watch, with an 18 jeweled Swiss movement and the case is marked 394255. The dust cover is engraved ?With much love from Julia to Nathan November 24th 1924? and also has the initials ?NB? on the case as well. The piece is also marked 217130.
